Walmart Supercenter

It's been a very long time since I been to this location and will definitely be the last time. Please have more available register I never felt so uncomfortable while checking out my items it was only me and another gentleman and to be stare down like a hawk is pathetic. I had to look around omg just crazy to me. I know some of y'all are doing your best to make ends meet we all are. But that right there Stare down and then there a line like Sam's club checking everyone receipt. Just bring the old method back we're people can communicate with the customer again.

I would give this walmart a two out of five. The appearance of the store could be better. It would also help if they would have more registers open. One whole section of them was closed off. Also, the customer service section was extremely understaffed. I waited over thirty minutes to return something and there was only one person ahead of me. There were multiple staff that could have assisted but the only person who was working, was some poor disabled woman who was not receiving help from other team members. It was also extremely cluttered by the customer service department. See the attached pictures…..there was also significant clutter all over the store, again, see attached photos.

My sister-in-law was shopping there on 12/23/2023, it was near closing time which being from out of town she didn't realize. The security guard came and told her it was time to go. She turned towards the back of the store to get my son and niece and he stepped in front of my sister-in-law telling her the front of the store is the other way in a nasty tone. At that point my sister-in-law spotted my son and her daughter and they tried to go, but the jerk of a security guard had to get one last snide remark in about not picking up 15 more items on the way out. I quit shopping at Walmart already, but they lost my sister-in-law's family as customers as well! To be clear she never attempted to do more shopping nor did she argue with the security guard. I get be frustrated with people trying to shop as long as they can, but that was not the case here. Be nice until it is not time to be nice, unless you are a Walmart security guard I guess.

This the closest market center of Walmart near me. But , not too crowded today. My youngest son came over to my place and took me to store, for what was really needed. God 🙏 Bless my children, I Love my boys(2), from bottom of my heart and soul. Praise God, Hallelujah!!!! 🙏.

I would like to apologize to the person in the front who was asking to see my receipt. I didn't laugh and walk by because of you, you're great. It's mind blowing that a billion dollar corporation is leaving loss control to a 40 year old woman making $16/hr while an off duty cop stands feet away with a pistol. This is Nebraska, anyone can now carry a gun with no permit. Please employees of this Walmart look at UPS and what a union can do for you. You are worth more!
